VIRTUAL support groups
The health and well-being of our members and support group participants is of utmost importance to us. During this time, all in person meetings are on hold. Our affiliates are offering virtual support groups that can be found below. If a virtual support group is not currently being offered in your area, contact your local affiliate. You are not alone.

VIRTUAL family support groups
Virtual Family Support Groups, offered by NAMI Oklahoma Affiliates in communities across the state, are free, confidential and safe groups for families helping other families who live with mental health challenges. In NAMI Family Support Groups, families join a caring group of individuals helping one another by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned wisdom. Family members can achieve a renewed sense of hope for their loved one who has mental illness, ranging from ADHD to schizophrenia.
Attend one of our local virtual family support groups below for resources, support and hope.

participant perspective
“Before coming to the support group, we had never
spoken about mental illness to neighbors, friends
and often not even to our relatives.”
