Family-to-Family

NAMI Family-to-Family is a FREE, 12-session education program for family, partners, friends and significant others of adults living with mental illness. It is a designated evidence-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition.

NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussion and interactive exercises.

NAMI Homefront is a free, six-session education program for family, friends and significant others of military service members and veterans with mental health conditions. It focuses on the unique needs of military and veteran communities, such as post-deployment and post-discharge transitions.
